CLAUDE MITCHELL, VICE PRESIDENT
As Vice President for Record Storage Systems, Claude Mitchell provides overall direction and planning, and executes strategic policies and business tactics within the company. Claude was previously with Mitchell and Rodger Associates, where he was president/owner of a legal collections firm. Claude attended Central Piedmont Community College where he studied business administration. He is also a professional member of the Professional Records and Information Services association (PRISM), the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) and the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA International). Claude is active in the community as the master of Matthews Masonic Lodge and a member of the Oasis Shriners.
ANTHONY BATTISTA, DOCUMENT IMAGING & PRODUCTION MANAGER
Document Imaging and Production Manager for Record Storage Systems, Anthony Battista, joined the company in 2022 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of document scanning and digital conversion, including implementing retrieval systems and workflows, indexing, quality control procedures, and data transmission. Anthony attended Appalachian State University where he studied Computer Information Systems. With experience in systems analysis and data management, Anthony helps customers achieve their goals for document digitization and electronic content management. Anthony plays an integral role in the continuous development of forward-thinking document scanning solutions used to serve Record Storage Systems customers.
JIM MCNEELY, OPERATIONS MANAGER
As Operations Manager for Record Storage Systems in Charlotte, NC, Jim McNeely is responsible for the overall direction and supervision of the records center, including daily document pickup and delivery, document storage, and document shredding. With more than 25 years of experience in the document management industry, Jim is a dedicated leader who provides extensive training to staff members and works to continuously improve and enhance records center operations to better serve Record Storage Systems clients.
CHELSEY SEIDEL, MARKETING MANAGER
As Marketing Manager of Record Storage Systems, Chelsey Seidel is responsible for overall brand development and awareness, as well as driving marketing strategy and social engagement. Chelsey holds a bachelors degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina and has over seven years of experience in corporate marketing and communications. She is an active member of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce.
LISA MILLER, OFFICE MANAGER
As Office Manager of Record Storage Systems, Lisa Miller is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, working to improve and enhance service offerings, and managing the Customer Service team. With over 25 years of experience in the document management industry, Lisa has helped Record Storage Systems adapt to industry trends and improve customer satisfaction.
KEN VAUGHAN, SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
As Senior Account Manager for Record Storage Systems, Ken Vaughan works with customers to achieve their goals for a streamlined, cost-effective document management strategy. Ken is a graduate of Georgia State University and has been with Record Storage Systems since 2002. He is an active member of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and York Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of the Professional Records and Information Services Association (PRISM).
