Record Storage Systems, just like many of you, has been following news and updates from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as state and local health departments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are actively monitoring the situation in our area at this time and are making every effort to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers is our highest priority.
This situation is fluid and changing daily. At this time, we are operating as usual and will update you with any new developments that may affect regular business processes.
Out of an abundance of caution, if you wish to limit contact, we do provide a Scan-on-Demand option as an alternative to physical record retrieval and delivery. Simply request the documents you need and our team will retrieve and scan the specific records. Scanned records can be securely transferred via encrypted email or secure FTP. Scan on Demand allows you to only scan the documents you need immediately, while ensuring the rest of your records remain secure in our document storage facility.
We are remaining vigilant and practicing responsible measures to minimize risk and concern. As we continue to follow the guidance of local health authorities, we will update you if there are any new developments.
